Video remote interpreting (“VRI”)

Effortlessly access the video interpreting services securely from within your current infrastructure. All you need is a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with Internet access and a webcam. Connect with any wired or wireless network, at the touch of a button.

Quality

Pre-arranged

Here, service is delivered through our Canadian call centre and interpreter roster and our clients can select the software platform. This includes Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, OTN, and Kudo. Need uninterrupted service when local interpreters are unavailable? No problem. The service mimics our face-to-face model.

On-demand / Quick connect

Better communication quality means better customer care. Customer service is delivered through North American call centres, and the platform ensures secure, clear, HD video and high-quality audio feed. Service is available in less languages, so automatic transfer to telephonic services is offered.

I like how the interpreter's explain that they will allow me to speak in English, then they interpret to the caller, than caller responds in their language, then interpreter responds to me in English. Sadly, sometimes the callers interrupt and respond in English/French without use of the interpreter; Interpreter remained patient and professional, and kindly redirected the caller of the progress/process of the conversation.
